Do you mean a CLICK of bullets in an unordered list?  If so you just use the onClick() handler to load a MP3 file when the user clicks a LINK after the bullet --

HOWEVER -- if you mean you want the page to PAUSE at each bullet and play a sound, that will not happen.  In general sound plays only AFTER the entire webpage has loaded.  You can't stop execution of the entire page just to play a sound for each bullet point that comes up.

HOWEVER, if you want to use inline javascript, just put a javascript inline after each bullet <LI> to embed the sound and play it as each javascript is encountered. ---

BUT, the page loading is so quick relative to the sounds playing, that they will all overlap if sequential
