Recommendations on Microsoft Server 2008 Training Courses

I'm looking for advice from people who have started the 2008 training.  There are a lot of MS courses out their at the moment and I want to target specific ones for my guys needs.  Initially I want a core understanding of the 2008 server, installation, backup / recovery / permissions, day to day administration etc.  Then IIS and Active DIrectory.  

No Hyper V,

Can anyone recommend which courses I should target first.

Hi,

when you say what trainings what is the type of content that you are looking at. Are you looking at course material or are you looking at web based delivery or CBTs. Because when you go for MS courses they are more are less target at splitting the Win 2008 curriculam into multiple areas. So if you can rather update what is the kind of training or material you are looking at then it would be appropriate to recommend the same.
