How to check if a particular value exists in an XML document?

Hi,
I need to check if the value which is entered in a textbox exists in an XML document. My XML document is in the below format. Could you please tell me how can I find if the textbox value matches with one of the values enclosed in <RecordLocator></RecordLocator>. I am using C#.
