software for .vcr files?

Hello

 I downloaded a seminar video from a site. The file extension says it is  a.vcr file ?
How do i play i t?  Can you please suggest me the appropriate software for that and also the location of the software.

Hi thirst4truth,

.vcr files are an ATI proprietary format.

You will therefore need the ATI Media Library installed in order to play this file:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Video-Players/ATi-Multimedia-Center.shtml
