Real time file replcation

Can Server 2003 native real time file replication be used on domain members instead of just controllers?
If not could someone recommend good third party software? I tried FileReplocationPro but fails to often for our environment.

Thanks!

DFS, Distributed File System, which is MS native and uses DFS and FRS, would be nice choice. It can work using domain servers, not controllers, and it not only replicates files, but also distributes traffic to closest server.

Implementation is quite easy, but be carefull by initial setup to properly select Primary and Secondary DFS targets in order to avoid data removal.

Read these two articles and off you go with DFS:
