My system crashed yesterday.  I don't know why but the entire directory of Outlook data files disappeared totally. ie 7 has since been very slow to give Google search results displaying a blank page with  Done displaying in the bottom left and forcing me to hit the refresh button to get the results displayed.  No problem navigating to links or going to other web sites.  I had heard of problems associated with Apple QuickTime and iTunes and there latest update would not install on my computer, so I have removed all of the Apples aps but with no improvement.
I had also installed Acronis True Image Home 2009 yesterday, what a disaster, I don't see how that would be related though.

Have you tried to re-install Office or Outlook?
