Installation Error

Hi Experts,
I am trying to install folder lock software, Dirlock.exe   , I can't install on my Win XP Desktop computer but  few months back I have installed same Dirlock.exe on my Laptop, and that is working fine. Please see attached error mesage file. Please let me know. ASAP. thanks!

Have you tried creating a new user account and trying that?

How can I create,  Can u please provide steps. I am looking to lock folders or whole Drive ,.... thanks!

Open your start menu, click "Run...", type "nusrmgr.cpl", press Enter.  Click "Create a new account" and create a new Administrator account. Then log into that account and see if opening the program works. This is just a test. It's not meant to fix anything.

I have created account, but how can I operate, I can see that account under USER ACCOUNT, and I kept password also on that, but how can I switch around these two accounts, .

Open your start menu, click "Log Off" and log into the new account. Then try installing the program again and see if you still see the error.

Hi
I found solution, that program Dirlock was not starting due to .NET framework was not installed in my PC. I have installed and now its running fine. Still I appreciate everyone's response.
