Open your start menu, click &quot;Run...&quot;, type &quot;nusrmgr.cpl&quot;, press Enter. &nbsp;Click &quot;Create a new account&quot; and create a new Administrator account. Then log into that account and see if opening the program works. This is just a test. It's not meant to fix anything.

I am trying to install folder lock software, Dirlock.exe &nbsp; , I can't install on my Win XP Desktop computer but &nbsp;few months back I have installed same Dirlock.exe on my Laptop, and that is working fine. Please see attached error mesage file. Please let me know. ASAP. thanks!<br />

Hi Experts,
