I want to monitor detailed traffic on a netscreen 50 firewall. To find out which computer make the traffic.
But i am new to setup custom SNMP MIB.
Could someone show step by step how to do it? Many thanks.

That's not feasable in a direct way. With SNMP you can only monitor traffic by interface or policy. You will have to create one policy for each origin to monitor. Each policy can be monitored with an own SNMP path.
Additionally, there are no other ways to get a per-session or per-source counter. I checked this thoroughly with Juniper Support.
