VBscript code for html form visibility

I am beginner in vbscript and trying to use it in html forms.  I wish to make entry a particular form invisible for entries after a deadline.  In the same html documents, I have other information that users can see.
I am attaching the code that is not working. Can anyone help.

Thank you so very much. I got the solution within 10 hours after posting the question.  I could not find the solution in more than 4 books on ASP and HTNML.  Thank you once again
