FAR manager alternative

Hi,

I'm looking for a Far manager (http://www.farmanager.com) alternative. Program has to be a freeware, open source. It will be used for commercial purpose. Features that are needed:

- command line access (so FreeCommander is not an option)
- favorite folders
- access to remote windows shares
- plugins

Do you know software that meet's my needs? Or maybe you use file managers that are worth looking at?

yes I know but please provide a exact link to the exe file all I see from the web site is source code that I have to compile.

an alternative could be

Midnight Commander. Basically a UNXI tool, however there is also a Win32 version.
