Several users - OS = XP SP3 - Outllook 2003 &nbsp;SP3<br />
All users are suffering from really slow opening of attachments - it doesn't happen all the time, one minute it is fine the next anything upto 45 secs to open a single page Word doc or similiar. All users are running cached mode from a 2003 SBS Dell server. <br />
All virus / ad / malware SW is in place - I have tried disabling the virus protection to no avail still the same syptoms. All machines have recently been defraged. <br />
Any ideas greatly appreciated

Attachments sometimes very very slow to open - no specific attachment type
