My friend uses Incredimail as her email client. &nbsp;The isp provider is talktalk so she has two email accounts setup on incredimail one being freeserve and the other talktalk. &nbsp;I have setup both email accounts and very ocassionally she will receive an email from freeserve and talktalk but cannot send any emails at all as it says error. &nbsp;Unable to receive authentication or smtp.<br />

What do you suggest I do? &nbsp;I know that I will need to back up her folders in incredimail. &nbsp;Is freeserve accounts still active?<br />

Any help would be appreciated as she has been without email all this year and its getting tiresome.
