Cannot receive email on Exchange

Hello All

I am having trouble receiving email to my exchange. I can send email from my Outlook and receive it in my Gmail but I cannot send from my Gmail to my outlook. Gmail returns a non delivered error:

550 550 sorry, mail to that recipient is not accepted

Within my GoDaddy Total DNS control panel i have setup an "A" record which points to my Router's public static IP. incoming.mydomain.com points to xx.xx.xx.xx

I have a single MX record - priority 10, host @, points to incoming.mydomain.com

My router is Netgear  DG834G, and my network looks like this:

Netgear  DG834G router

ISP DNS    194.xx.xx.114 and 194.xx.xx.69
DHCP         Disabled
WAN NIC (To Netgear Router)
IP               10.10.10.10

gateway   10.10.10.01
DNS          192.168.1.2
WINS         blank
LAN NIC (To Network Switch)
IP               192.168.1.2
Mask          255.255.255.0
gateway    blank
DNS           192.168.1.2
WINS         192.168.1.2

SBS 2003 DHCP
Address Pool: 192.168.1.0  192.168.1.255

CNAME Aliases that I have deleted from the GoDaddy total DNS control manager
mail - pop.secureserver.net
email - email.secureserver.net
pop -   pop.secureserver.net
smtp - smtp.secureserver.net

Inbound Firewall Rules on Netgear Router

SMTP (Port 25) Send to LAN Server 10.10.10.10  allow always | WAN users: ANY

Can anyone help me on this? It would be greatly appreciated
