One user is unable to open her email or the attachments from within outlook. However she is able to access them via OWA. Does anybody know why this happens? I know I can delete the OST and rebuild the profile all over again but this has happened once before on another site and I would like to find what is causing it.

I did not. I thought they did away with the outlook repair tool, where is it?

The executable they refer is not in the location specified. I would expect that this is for older versions of Outlook. I have since rebooted the server and applied the Exchange Service pack and the system has stabilized.
