Hi,
I found functioning drivers for most of the OS's at:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2101
You just select the OS and then select the second download option which
is the floppy based files needed for the OS to load.

You can use nlite tool to integrated SATA driver into win2003 installtion Disk, after you installed win2003 OS with this disk. The OS will load correctly.
