There is a project management technique for gathering unbiased information from experts.

You send them a survey to complete on the topic you need information about.
The expert doesnt know you sent the survey to other experts.
You then send the response to other experts for their review and comments.

There is a formal name for this process but I can find it and was wondering if anyone knew the name and is familiar with the process.
