Unfortunately there isn't a method to do that with that particular control other than manually leaving a space between items in the collection.

Hi,
I did try that. when i press enter in collection to give space it  has leaves the checkbox as it is and moves it resulting in checkbox with no value

Ah yes I see your point.  Then no apart from that there is no way to do it without 3rd party software.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Though to be honest if it was really necessary to have X amount of space, I would just create one myself using a panel and checkboxes.  Then you can inherit that whenever you want.
