Netmeeting as a chat tool for official purpose

Hi, I would like to use netmeeting as chat tool within our organisation and need to integrate with the AD. how do I set up the netmeeting server (windows media server or whatsoever) and integrate with AD. Do I need any additional lisence. Also need restrict within our orgnization (All our internet traffic is going through FW).

you need to install an ILS server on your intranet if you wanna deploy netmeeting internally.

ILS server was free for download *n* years ago, but i am not sure where to download it now.

it was available on early MS TECHNET and MSDN CDs, too. if you could find out this kind of CDs....

Thanks bbao, can it be integrate with AD and where can I find out the documents for the same as I need to have better understanding on that.
