Dear All,

I need to ask, how I can share all of the calendars for the users in our Exchange 2007 environment. I want all users to share their calendar so anyone can see the status of the user in a specific time if he needs to meet for example.

Thanks

Under calendar properties -> Permissions tab -> set up the calendar here to allow all users to "Reviewer" for "read items" and "folder visable" and you should be set. Then people can see the calendar.

It's ok,  but how i can use the PFDAVadmin to change all of the users in one time their calendar permission. also, what about the new user, does they will take the same permission as before or i have to applay the PFDAVadmin again
