Dear All,

I need to ask, how I can share all of the calendars for the users in our Exchange 2007 environment. I want all users to share their calendar so anyone can see the status of the user in a specific time if he needs to meet for example.

Thanks

Under calendar properties -> Permissions tab -> set up the calendar here to allow all users to "Reviewer" for "read items" and "folder visable" and you should be set. Then people can see the calendar.
