Certain messages are appearing in the inbox with no "from" name, but when I open the message I can see the users name who it is from. these specific messages do not allow me to reply or even type text back to the user. The Text and font tray is greyed out.

anyone seen this before?

Hello manelson05,

With a new email open, go to "View" and deselect "From field". It should not show anymore. If it is showing, and it's blank, that's no big deal. When the recipient gets the email it will show your address.

Hope this helps!

Check your font ettings.  Your text may be same color as background, so you cannot see the text. If you do not how, here is how to change the font
