Outlook 2007 text and font options grayed out when replying of forwarding to certain messages, when you type no text appears.

Certain messages are appearing in the inbox with no "from" name, but when I open the message I can see the users name who it is from. these specific messages do not allow me to reply or even type text back to the user. The Text and font tray is greyed out.

anyone seen this before?

Hello manelson05,

With a new email open, go to "View" and deselect "From field". It should not show anymore. If it is showing, and it's blank, that's no big deal. When the recipient gets the email it will show your address.

That fixed taht part but what about when I type and I cant see any text being typed?
Also I sometimes receive emails and I cant read the body of the email, but other users can read the body of that same email?
