6 HP BL460's w/ Server 2003 R2 SP2, Citrix PS 4.5 SR2 and Office 2007 SP1
A user logs into one of these 6 Citrix servers and runs Outlook 2007. When that users wants to create a new meeting request or appointment they will go into their calendar and click on the day that they want to create the request. When they do this they will sometimes get this error:
"Form required to view this message cannot be displayed"
We've tried all MS recommendations like clearing the forms cache in outlook and deleting the forms.dat file from their profile but nothing works. The really strange things is that after some time has passed it will all of a sudden start working again. This is a very sporadic problem that does not seem to have a pattern with respect to user or server. This is one of those nagging issues that has the protential to become a huge problem if it is not resolved soon. Help is needed! Thanks.
