microsoft fore front client security

guys i am confused here actuall i installed forefront client security on our network which works fine and i schedule that to doa  quick scan everyday at 3:00 which works fine... i discoverd some thing strange forefront related to shrepoint dociment library. on monday when i was in the office i tried to open one of the word document from the sharepoint documents library and its oped fine without asking me for a logon creditianls... after 3 when the fore front scan start i am unable to open the word documents they are poping of with a logon winodw and all the time i have to provide details to open the doc... why is this happeneing is something related to policys or sharepoint rights..

This is usually a browser issue.  If the browser isn't automatically passing the Windows Authentication credentials to the web application you will be prompted multiple times.
