Server Agent Event Error: SNMP TRAP 6027 in CPQHLTH.MIB

I rebooted my HP server and now I keep getting this message every so often.... I am not to sure if its rebooting on its own or not now... But the message states this: System Information Agent: Health: Post errors were detected. One or more Power-On-Self-Test errors were detected during server startup (SNMP TRAP: 6027 in CPQHLTH.MIB)...... What does this mean.... I look in the event viewer for more errors and I don't see anything.... So please help me understand why I am getting this, also is my server just rebooting all the time? I don't think it is because I keep getting a pop up that says restart now or later due to an update I have done on the server, but I haven't rebooted it because I keep getting these error messages.... Please help.......

Review the IML.
The IML viewer is located under START-PROGRAMS - HP System Tools - HP Proliant Integrated Management Log viewer

I did and it only shows issues back in 01/18/08 but nothing current as of todays date??

Has a version control been run against this box?

not to sure what Version Control means or how to run it but I diagnosed the HDD and the box and everything is good to go... .No failures or anything

Version control is part of Systems management home page on the local server, can download from HP the agents and version control are in packages called PSP's see hp link below:

If systems management is install should be able to contact the server agents via https://servername or IP:2381

Ok so I did that and it shows everything good to go, I even did a scan on my HDD and they have no errors as well, any thing else it might be??

could try downloading and make a firmware update cd does it all drives, system and controller firmware.

What model server and controller are being used?

Yes that link is for the latest BIOS / firmware CD, download burn image to a CD, reboot server with disk in drive.
