Ultimate Boot CD cannot access C: drive because the HDD is encrypted. How to get around this?

How do I access the C:\ drive to run CHKDSK and other usefull tools on the Ultimate Boot CD when the contents are encrypted (PointSec)? Someone told me Ctrl + F9 after putting in the PointSec credentials, legitimizing the hack attempt. But this did not work for me. At best it lets me into safe mode.

You need to find a way of accessing the drive via the credentials in DOS, check the vendor page Pointsec for info.

I hope this helps !

Gentlemen,
I have the pointsec information. I can get in and I have the windows logon info. But I just cannot get to the drives. One, I am sure, has viruses.
