Our ASA 5505 will replace a PIX 501.  The PIX 501 uses ESP-IKE to let a company pass through to a VPN device inside the network.  Does anyone know how to configure the ASA to do that?

The fixup ESP-IKE in the 501 has been replaced with  inspect ipsec-pass-thru
You can enable it
Configuration | Firewall | Service Policy Rules
  Global Policy/Global Class  - Edit
Rule Actions tab, check the box for IPSEc-Pass-Thru
