IIS worker process encountered a problem

Hi, we are having exchange 2003 with service pack2 on windows 2003 ent edition, we have installed some windows patches on the server day before yesterday, after the isntallation of patches we are getting popup as 'IIS worker process encountered a problem and needed to close' mails are getting stuck in queue. Please suggest a solution to resolve the issue

Hi Guys, could you support on this. We are still facing this issue and our IIS getting crashing after interval of time.

Hi All, We uninstalled the SEP11 client from the Exchange server but mails were still going in pending for sumission queue, then we restarted the DNS servicices, local mails flow were fine but external mails were not getting delivered and had to restart DC and ADC,  for more than 24hrs we are not getting IIS crashing ussue.
