May I know where can I download Win2003 SP1 64bit..

If I will install SP2, does it still need to instaall sp1 first.

You can only download it if you have purchased it through an appropriate license from Microsoft (Volume License, MSDN, Technet).  Service packs are cumulative - you do not need to install earlier ones first - install the most recent service pack and that covers all.
