IE 7 Firefox and Opera will not play audio

I have sound in all aspects of my computer software except the browsers.Neither Firefox, Opera or IE 7 will play audio...Yes I have gone to the Advanced options to make sure Multimedia capabilities were checked and they are......This is  not a sound card issue or improper connection of the speaker wires to the sound card....It is browser specific over 3 different platforms, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and IE 7.

Any suggestions?

Resolved it myself.......Sound card has 2 line outputs.....for some reason line 2 will not play in the browsers although Windows Media Player, Quick time Player and other sound player programs function fine on line 2.....switched over to line one and browser audio functions.....Do I get my 125 points? LOL
