Scenario is ...

My LAN is small , less than 50 employees .... I have my Exchange Server. Which users can connect and send emails internally.

My company email server is hosted external .....  abc.com  and what I want is ,  I want to take mails from this external Server to my Internal Exchange Server ... A kind of synchronisation , so that Users can see their emails in Outlook.

I heard that GFI Mail essentials etc tools do this job ....

But could you please give me where to start and what are all should be done ...

Thanks in advance.
