Scenario is ...<br />

My LAN is small , less than 50 employees .... I have my Exchange Server. Which users can connect and send emails internally.<br />

My company email server is hosted external ..... &nbsp;abc.com &nbsp;and what I want is , &nbsp;I want to take mails from this external Server to my Internal Exchange Server ... A kind of synchronisation , so that Users can see their emails in Outlook. <br />

I heard that GFI Mail essentials etc tools do this job .... <br />
<br />
But could you please give me where to start and what are all should be done ...<br />

Scenario is ...

My company email server is hosted external .....  abc.com  and what I want is ,  I want to take mails from this external Server to my Internal Exchange Server ... A kind of synchronisation , so that Users can see their emails in Outlook.
