how to verify the instance logged in sqlplus

hi
i have 2 oracle instances with the same name(one is on the old server and the other is on new server.)
when i login for both and i run this
select instance_name from v$instance
i see both the instances with the same name...off course the tns has diff host...

i want to know how can i know what hostname i m on ...from sql plus so that i know on which instance i am working on...

SELECT instance_name, host_name
  FROM v$instance
