mails are deleting by intelligent message filtering +ms exchage 2003 + win 2003 server

Hi Experts,

        I have Ms Exchange server with (win 2003+Ms Exchnge 2003+ gfi mail security).From today onwards its shoeig the problem user cant get emails from some domains.When i am checking with GFI mail security its not quaritine any messages today. While i am tracking the message through message tracking center tool in system manager shown that messages are deleting by intelligent message filtering.
While am checking this optin in my server under protocols smtp intelligent message filtering is not showing there.Let me know how to reconfigure or disable this intelligent message filtering in ms exchange 2003. find the file for snap shot .

In the Exchange system manager>Navigate to the properties of message delivery under global settings and then there is an option called Intelligent message filter.

Make sure that the SCL rating is 7 or above becuase a lower SCL rating would mean that most of the emails will be caught by this filter and then check the option for "When blocking messages" and the action should not be set to delete.

I think thats the main reason why the messages are being deleted by the Intelligent Message filter.
