AD Account Issue

We have a scenario whereby AD accounts are being disabled, accounts are random and administrators did not disable accounts. Any advise as to how this is possible?

Do you have the accounts set to expire?

Setting on Account Tab in AD at the bottom

Accounts not set to expire, an example is that 5 random user accounts were disbaled yesterday. None of the admins did so

AD accounts not set to expire however an example is that 5 random AD Accounts were disbaled and none of the admins disabled the accounts
