citrix: how to change default fonts for published applications

I need to change the default font for one of our published applications on a citrix server.  How do I do this?  Appreciate any help.

Is this the same for all users?  What kind of application?  Does the program allow you to change the font if the user is outside of citrix?  If so, and your citrix server is locked down, then you probably need to find where the setting is in the registry and make a login script.  

Another way to do this if you can change the font with an admin account while logged into citrix and you don't have that many users or if it is a new server:

Login with a test account that you give admin priveleges to.  Change the settings the way you want.  Logout.  Login with another admin account.  Copy the test accounts profile and copy it into the default profile (you will need to be able to see hidden folders).  Now any new users will get these settings.  This will not work with users that already have profiles though, unless you delete the profile and let it recreate.
