I have added the sbs server in ts web computers group on the ts server but still no luck... Can the fact that I'm running the ts in hyper V be part of the problem? I can rdp fine to the ts and everything else seems to be working, but not to redirect the ts web page to get it's applications from the ts.

It was a dcom error the is default out of the box on SBS 2008 that caused the problem.
