Office Communicator 2007 stops saving conversation history

Here is a little backround:
We are using Office Communicator 2007
Installed and activated Archiving and CDR Server on 9/22/08
Clients are using Office 2003

Recently, a few clients have complained that their Office Communicator is no longer saving their Conversation History in Outlook. The last date is saved was 10/3/08. The client had 3300 saved conversations in the Conversation History folder. I had them move the history over to their Personal Folder in case it stopped due to lack of space. I have searched in many forums for any kind of answer and i didn't find too much. I'm hoping someone can help.

I found out the issue was Office Communicator 2007 was not connecting to the Exchange server for what ever reason. I updated the client with the communicator.msp available through Microsoft. After installing the update, the conversation history began to populate in the Conversation History folder in Outlook. Just FYI, Microsoft has a new update for Office Communicator 2007 version 2.0.6362.97.
I mentioned that the client used Office 2003 and part of your solution was geared towards Office 2007. Just FYI. Thanks for the help.
