Snap Server 520 won't boot

Our Snap Server520 was reboot, after rebooting we were unable to connect to it, we reset it and tried to repair the operating system, neither worked.  Now it says loading OS but stays like that and won't boot.

You'll have to contact snap to get this issue resolved.

If you would please post the answer you found here, that would be very helpful for the rest of us, and then you could ask for a PAQ and not a Delete, as it could be valuable info for future users of snap devices with similar problems.

Contacted snap and ended up getting a new snap.  OS was out of wack and couldn't get it reloaded.

But then you followed my suggestion and my answer would be correct. I know it isn't much of an answer, but the problem is that snap uses their own proprietary OS and as far as I know also file system. This forces you to get help from them directly.
