Can't move email from exchange mailbox to pst file

Dear all,

I have a problem with moving email to a pst file. Some email in the users mailbox can't be moved to a pst file.
The error that i get is that te email is allreay moved or deleted or it is a rights problem.
I tryed to make a new pst file that dit not work, If i enable cash mode i can move the email but not when cash mode is off.
I all so tryed to give a other user full mailbox rights and open the mailbox in a other user account but that won't work either.

Who knows the answer to this problem.

Hi,
I would create a another Database  and move the Mailbox to that, temporarily and see if it is still not able to be archived. This way you will also come to know if the Mailbox is corrupt. If all works fine, then move mailbox back to original and archive, it will be fine
We will not get into checking DB corruption yet. still if you have time, then run ISIINTEG -fix to see if DB is ok...!!

ISINTEG -fix alltests gave no errors, problem still exists. Next point will be de new database solution.

Customer called: After reboot server the problem was gone. ISINTEG did solve the problem but only after first reboot.
