How to delete spoolsv.exe?

I am having a problem with my spoolsv.exe. When I delete this file so I can restore it from a known good backup it will automatically restore itself. Is this normal and if so how do I stop it?

Hi !

You can't delete spoolsv.exe is a Microsoft Windows system executable which handles the printing process. Is normal that windows want restore if you delete it.
