Im not sure where to beging or even how to do this, but if possible, could anyone tell me or point me to a website etc...

I have 2 collums named longitude and latidude and on next collum over i have a button saying "find place" or somthing like that. I want that button to take both of the other 2 collums and find it on the map, is this possible?

This is about giving google maps a location to show. You can do it simply like this:

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=37.771008,+-122.41175&hl=en

That is you just drop it the lat and long. If you read the google maps docs, you'll see there are lots of other properties you can set to add things like labels, images etc.

Well you're not passing the lat and long to the opened window, so it's no surprise it doesn't know where to go. Try something like this:

<input type="button" value="New Window!" onClick="window.open('http://www.nexodom.com/website/map.php?lat=0.09176&long=51.75327&label=Subway','mywindow','width=600,height=400,toolbar=yes,location=yes,directories=yes,status=yes,menubar=yes,scrollbars=yes,copyhistory=yes,resizable=yes')">

Then on your map.php page, take those params and pass them in when you create the google maps tag.
