After upgrading to adobe reader 9 it is really slow when I open up a PDF and push the print button. &nbsp;It takes up to one min for the print settings box to pop up. &nbsp;I am trying to print to a network printer. &nbsp;any ideas on why it takes so long to open up?

After upgrading to adobe reader 9 it is really slow when I open up a PDF and push the print button.  It takes up to one min for the print settings box to pop up.  I am trying to print to a network printer.  any ideas on why it takes so long to open up?
