I have the following code in HTML :

<HTML>
<BODY>
<table width="100%" border="1" height="480">
      <tr>
            <td width="20%">
                  <table border="1" width="100%">
                        <tr>
                              <td width="100%"><table height="100"><tr><td>Date</td></tr></table></td>
                        </tr>
                        <tr>
                              <td> <table height="380" border="1" width="100%"><tr><td height="20">
                              Up img
                              </td></tr>

                              <tr><td height="340">Menu</td></tr>
                              <tr><td height="20">Down img</td></tr>
                              </table></td>
                        </tr>
                  </table>
            </td>
            <td width="80%">

            <table width="100%" height="100">
                  <tr>
                        <td height="100">

                        <table width="100%">
                              <tr> <td width="80%">&nbsp;</td> <td width="20%"><img src="tv:" height="100" width="150"></td></tr>
                        </table>

                        </td>
                  </tr>
                  <tr>
                  <td height="380">vcvc</td>
                  </tr>
            </table>

            </td>
      </tr>
</table>
</BODY>
</HTML>

In the Menu table i will have four things..Lets say  :
A
B
C
D

Now i want to use JAVA SCRIPT on these four things in a manner that by default A is selected and that selection is shown by a color. And when i move down to B then A goes up and when i Move to C then B moves up...As in a Circular motion.

And yes A should have a up direction arrow before it and D should have a down arrow direction below it.

So Basically i need a circular motion menu bar in Java Script ONLY...

Please reply asap.

I get what you are trying to do, but where does the table come into it -- more exactly where does the ABCD order come in the table.  Maybe rephrase the question asking exactly what are where you need this?

ABCD comes in order where the Menu is shown in the HTML code on the left hand side....The up img will have the up image and the down img will have the down image .....And the up and down images will help in scrolling... I hope it is clear now?

@thebrandnetwork: http://www.news-scroller.com/vertical-scroller.html ... Here's an example...but this is a dynamic scroller....which scrolls on it's own...I wan't my menu to scroll with the help of Up and down arrow keys....Is it clear to you?

You can't put the menu ABCD in a single <TD> cell, you will need a <TD> cell for each menu item, with an ID, before you can interactively move them up and down with javascript.

Here is a typical example --
http://en.allexperts.com/q/Javascript-1520/Javascript-move-row.htm

Here is other ways -- all have too much code to repost here, I think, see the examples in the links --

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/Scripting/JavaScript/Q_21654834.html

But here is the BEST OF ALL!!  -- drag and drop table row moving of menu items --
