Outlook 2007 closes when minimized

Hello.
What would cause my Outlook 2007 program to close anytime I minimize it?  Whether I have one outlook window open or several, they all close whenever I minimize one of them or click Minimize All (Show Desktop) in the Quick Launch part of my taskbar.  This has not ever happened until about one week ago.  Now it happens every time.  I have not downloaded or added any new software, etc.
Thank you,
Steve

Hello Steve_Brady,

If you have the Outlook icon in your systray (taskbar lower right corner of desktop screen), RIGHT click on it and uncheck "Hide When Minimized."

You always leave it as is and just double click the notification icon to bring Outlook back up on your screen.

Hope this helps!
