Says its "Pre video memory error" So its either the memory or the mainboard itself. I know from personal experience that the DC7600 is picky on the memory used.

I replaced PC4200 with HP recommended PC5300 Memory
WOuld you recommend I try a Faster Memory before replacing Motherboard?

I would either suggest the original speed than trying something faster. But i checked myself and yes, 5300 is the recommended. It doesn't say anything about the timing(CL) on the memory though, but the memory should adjust itself.
