Hi,<br />

&nbsp;I bought a new HP Laserjet M2727MCF and try to install the printer from a CD. The printer is actually on a network. Whenever I try to install the software &amp;&nbsp;drivers from the CD, I get a popup saying StubApp has stopped working and the software wont install.<br />
<br />
I checked with the HP business support and their solution does not work!<br />

HP's solution<br />
1. Remove previous HP software versions and <br />
2. Chage settings as &nbsp;<br />
My Computer &gt;&nbsp;Properties &gt;&nbsp;Advanced &gt;&nbsp;Settings &gt;&nbsp;Data Execution Prevention Tab &gt;&nbsp;Select &quot;Turn on DEP for all programs and services except thise I select&quot; and select the &quot;Add&quot; button to add the Setup.exe installation file of the printer software. Apply the settings and restart the PC<br />

I am running a Dell Dimension 9200 with Windows Vista ultimate on a 2GB RAM, Intel Dualcore processor.<br />

Can someone help me overcome this problem in installation and also tips on how to prevent such errors coming up in the future. <br />

My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Settings > Data Execution Prevention Tab > Select "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except thise I select" and select the "Add" button to add the Setup.exe installation file of the printer software. Apply the settings and restart the PC

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media. Traditional printers are being used more for special purposes, like printing photographs or artwork, and are no longer a must-have peripheral; 3D printing has become an area of intense interest, allowing the creation of physical objects.
