Question regarding asp.net c# web page and active directory users

I wanted to know if there's a way to create a user in the active directory of a server through a webpage written in asp.net c#?  For instance a user registers on the website and i take that user and create a new user in the active directory with credentials unique to himso he can have access to the server.
