How to convert Oracle CLOB to varchar in SQL Server 2008?

Dear Experts,

I need load Oracle data into SQL Server Database. I need help to convert Oracle CLOB data type to varchar data type in SQL Server. How can I do it?

when you unload the data from oracle, convert it to oracle's varchar2
then when you load it into sql server using either bcp or ssis package, load it into a varchar column
