Sounds like your installer is corrupted. Try getting another cd. If that doesn't work, make sure your operating sys is okay.

Hello sabicdts,

We could just uninstall Office 2007 manually and reisntall.  Please follow the instructions in the following KB to manually remove Office
2007, then reboot, then reinstall. The KB references the trial or beta but ignore that fact. The instructions are still relevent.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218/en-us

Hope this helps!
