Installation of Mailbox Role on Win 2008 server

Hi,

Got an error when i tried to install Mailbox Role on my server. "An error occurred while creating the IIS virtual directory. ÍIS://Servername.domain/W#SVC/!/ROOT/Exchange´on ´SERVERNAME´
The system cannot find the path specified.

Have you tried stopping the IIS service before running the install?

Have tried that, but same error message.
