remote desktop to win server 2003 standard

My server was operate normally with remote desktop without problem but after it updated IE7 through  the automatic update it is refusing any remote desktop.

please advice

Is IE7 the problem, or is it really SP2?

SP2 has a problem with RDP:

no it is IE7 as it was working 100% till it gets IE7 update from Microsoft then the machine became not stable as it became too slow. I tried to remove the IE7 from the Add or Remove program but it is stopped when start to inspect system configuration.

Try this:

In IE 7 >>Tools>>Manage Add-Ons>>Enable or Disable Add-Ons>>enable the Terminal Services ActiveX control.

the Solution did not help and I rebuild the server again to sort it out
