Emails repeating

We have an issue with two Blackberrys which keep repeating emails.

We run Exchange 2003 and forward some user's emails to mobileemail.vodafone.net addresses (BES is not working for us at the moment).  Looking in the message tracking on Exchange, each email gets transferred to our ISP five times.

Each user has an active directory user with Exchange properties and a contact to forward emails to the blackberry address - this works well for 9 or 10 users, but two keep getting repeat emails.

Any ideas?

Check for forwarding loops. Often what happens when you set up all these forwarding rules is that either the blackberry received the email from two different email addresses configured through BIS, BES or redirector, OR two email adrresses are set up to forward to eachother and cause emails to pile up like this.
